What I build

Five kinds of systems. They all start the same way: one concrete problem, one number we can measure, and a human who signs off on what matters.

Inventory and sales system

You don't know what's on the shelf at each location. Closing the register is manual, and your accountant gets the numbers late and messy.

What you get

  • Inventory per location with a stock ledger and low-stock alerts
  • Counter or recipe-based sales that deduct ingredients automatically
  • Purchasing, average cost and suggested reorders
  • Daily end-of-day close per location
  • Excel export and a file ready for your accountant
  • User roles: admin, cashier and warehouse
  • Daily backups with a tested restore
  • Optional: an agent that reads supplier invoices and drafts the purchase for a person to approve
Timeline: A demo on your case in about a week. A 30-day pilot at one location before rolling out.

Ideal for: Restaurants with one or more locations, retail shops and distributors still tracking stock in spreadsheets, notebooks or someone's head.

What's not included

It doesn't replace your POS or your tax-compliant e-invoicing. A certified provider handles that; this system works alongside it.

Customer-facing agents on WhatsApp and the web

The same questions arrive at all hours. Someone answers them one by one, and the urgent cases get buried.

What you get

  • Conversation design with your team
  • Hard rules for urgent and out-of-scope topics, on top of the AI
  • A ready-to-act brief for your staff: summary, details and next step
  • Data-privacy notice (Colombian Law 1581) and minimal data collection
  • Test cases written with your team before going live
  • Pilot metrics: complete briefs, urgent cases and time to brief
Timeline: A demo with fictional cases in one or two weeks. A measured pilot before opening it to all your customers.

Ideal for: Professional services firms, online stores, clinics and restaurants that deliver.

What's not included

The agent never pretends to be a person and never gives final advice. Where there's legal or financial risk, a human decides.

Process and logistics automation

Hours of manual work that repeat every day: planning routes, keying in invoices, reviewing documents, building reports.

What you get

  • A process diagnosis: what repeats, what it costs and what can break
  • A workflow that does the heavy lifting and leaves the decision to a person
  • Examples: delivery routes on the real map, address audits, reading notices or invoices
  • Automated tests and real cases before you rely on it
  • Cost tracking per operation
  • Documentation so your team can run it
Timeline: Diagnosis and demo in one or two weeks. Savings measured over 2 to 4 weeks with your data.

Ideal for: Distributors, companies with their own fleet and back-office teams doing repetitive work by hand.

What's not included

I don't promise a fixed savings number before measuring with your data. It's a range, confirmed in the pilot.

QA robots for your store or website

A small change breaks checkout or a form, and nobody notices until a customer complains. Or quietly stops buying.

What you get

  • A robot that walks through your key flow on desktop and mobile
  • Negative tests: we plant a bug on purpose and it has to catch it
  • Video, trace and a plain-language summary of every run
  • One command to run it before every change
Timeline: First flow running in one or two weeks, depending on the flow.

Ideal for: Online stores, sites with contact or booking forms, and teams that ship changes often.

What's not included

By default it runs on a test copy with synthetic data. No real purchases or payments.

AI-made animated explainer videos

You explain the same thing on every WhatsApp chat and every onboarding: how your service works, what to bring, how to use the system.

What you get

  • Script and storyboard to approve before animation
  • Spanish voice-over and code-driven animation
  • Vertical cut for social and horizontal cut for the web
  • Captions and licensed music
Timeline: About 5 business days from the approved script.

Ideal for: Small businesses, firms and teams that need to explain something once, and well.

What's not included

It's not a live-action commercial. It's a clear one-minute explanation.

New service. Current samples are my own projects.

How I work

Four steps. Nothing goes live and nothing gets billed without your yes.

  1. 01

    I learn your business

A 30 to 45 minute conversation. What you sell, how money comes in, which task repeats and what it costs you. If there's no number that hurts, I'll tell you, and there's no project.

  2. 02

You get a demo you can click

Before quoting, I build a demo on your case with fictional data. You decide by seeing, not imagining.

  3. 03

    A proposal with three options

Basic, recommended and complete. Each with a clear scope, a setup fee and a monthly fee. What's not included is written down too.

  4. 04

    Build, install, measure the pilot

Automated tests, a security review and a person who signs off on what matters. We start small, measure with your data, then expand.

How pricing works

  • A 30 to 45 minute diagnosis of your business. Free.
  • A demo on your case you can click, before any quote.
  • A proposal with three options: basic, recommended and complete. Each with a setup fee and a monthly fee.
  • What's not included is written down too.

I don't quote without understanding the business.

Your data

  • Installed on your computer or server, not on mine
  • Users with roles and daily backups with a tested restore
  • Excel export anytime
  • Colombia's data-protection law (Law 1581) as the baseline

If it doesn't work

  • We start with a measured pilot, not a full rollout
  • Indicators agreed before day one
  • Nothing gets billed without your yes
  • If there's no number that hurts, I'll tell you and there's no project

Questions I get asked

How much does an AI system cost?

It depends on the problem and the value it recovers, so I don't publish prices. First a diagnosis, then a demo, then a proposal with three options, each with a setup fee and a monthly fee. You know the monthly running cost from day one.

Do I have to replace my POS or accounting software?

No. The system works alongside what you already use. Your certified provider keeps handling e-invoicing. I connect, import and organize the data.

I have several locations. How does it work?

One installation handles all the locations of one business. Each location keeps its own stock, daily close and ledger, and each user only sees the locations assigned to them: the cashier at one location cannot see or change another. Catalog, recipes and suppliers are shared. Separate companies get separate installations.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The system runs on your own computer or server and its pages load nothing from the internet, so the team keeps working on the local network. Two things do need a connection: the agent that reads supplier invoices and the copy of your backup to a cloud folder, which catches up when the connection is back.

Does it connect to my POS or to Siigo?

Sales come in from the file your POS exports (CSV or Excel): you map the columns once, review the preview and confirm. The format is checked with your real file during setup. For the accountant there is an Excel export and an accounting voucher for Siigo, still in beta until we test it with your accountant. A direct API connector to a POS is not built yet.

What happens to my data?

It stays on your computer or server, with users, roles and daily backups. You can export it to Excel anytime. Only what the task needs goes to the AI, and sensitive data is masked first. I follow Colombia's data-protection law (Law 1581).

You work alone. What about support?

I work with a team of AI agents and I'm personally accountable for every system. Each delivery includes documentation, automated tests and backups, so your operation doesn't depend on my memory. Support is part of the monthly fee.

What does your team repeat every single day?

Tell me in one message. I'll reply with a concrete idea of what can be automated, or an honest no.

I reply personally, usually within one or two business days. · Bogotá, Colombia (UTC-5)
